From The Glass is designed to work without creating an account or providing personal information to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the From The Glass mobile application and website.
Information you enter in the app
You may enter information such as a player's name, team, jersey number, position, opponents, game details, shift information, and game events.
This information is stored locally on your device. When iCloud is available and enabled for the app, Apple's CloudKit services may synchronize this information through your private iCloud account.
From The Glass does not operate a separate user-account system or custom backend for this information.
Data collection
From The Glass does not collect personal data through the app for advertising, analytics, profiling, or sale.
The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.
iCloud and CloudKit
Optional synchronization and backup are provided through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services. Information synchronized through iCloud is handled by Apple according to the user's Apple account settings and Apple's applicable privacy policies.
From The Glass does not receive or control a user's iCloud credentials.
App purchases
From The Glass may be offered as a paid download through Apple's App Store. Purchase and payment information is processed by Apple. From The Glass does not receive complete payment-card information.
Website
The From The Glass website does not use advertising trackers, analytics trackers, or marketing cookies.
The hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, as necessary to deliver and protect the website.
Email support
If you contact support@fromtheglass.com, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.
Children's privacy
From The Glass is intended to be operated by a parent, guardian, coach, or other adult spectator. The app does not require a child to create an account or submit information directly to From The Glass.
Adults should use appropriate judgment and obtain any necessary permission before entering or sharing information about a minor.
Data retention and deletion
App information remains on the user's device and, when enabled, in the user's private iCloud account. You can remove all From The Glass data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
Information synchronized through iCloud may also be managed through the user's Apple account and device settings.
Support emails may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Data security
From The Glass is designed to minimize the information handled by us. Local app information is protected by the security features of the user's device. iCloud information is handled through Apple's systems.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International users
If you use From The Glass outside the United States, information processed by Apple, the website host, or an email provider may be handled in countries other than your own, subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
